Once you complete your order of metal idol from our website. we will carefully check all the order details. due to high demad and orders our order processing time is 3 to 5 working days. we have a shipping holiday on wednesday and sunday.

What is your return & refund policy?
All our products are made using heavy metals. So there will not be any issue of damage during product transit from our warehouse to your doorstep. still if you receive the product in damaged condition. Just send us your unboxing video as evidence. And our dedicated quality assurance team will verify it. Once we find it feasible. We will guide you to return/replacement. In other cases, if you do not like the product, we do not accept return/replace/refund the order.
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
