- The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Items must be returned with all tags, accessories, and any accompanying documentation intact.
Return Process

- Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send the product.
- Pack and Ship: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, and ship it back to the address we provide.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at parmatmaaidol@gmail.com with your order details and pictures of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the item as per the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
